The next basic physical practice--drink water. I'm going to call Pres. Obama. This sounds like inexpensive health care to me. I'll also talk to him about the health risks of smoking in case he isn't aware of them.

after reading today's blog i've been more conscious to drink more water. you know i never put fatigue together with lack of water. on another note. i'm not sure how you go about getting all your pictures for your blog. is that complicated?
